Terms of Service.

  • You must credit me for the use of these models (BoltTheMan). A simple credit in the description of videos, avatars, renders, etc.

  • DO NOT redistribute/share/leak the files with ANYONE. DO NOT post the files in communities like Ripperstore, VRModels, Discord servers, etc. Please, just don't do this.

  • DO NOT upload P2U (PAY TO USE) labeled models to other's accounts! You may only upload it to others if both parties have purchased the model/avatar. (P2U Avatars of mine are strictly labeled "P2U" in the file name.)

  • If used for VRChat, you cannot make it public unless you make a significant edit! Not sure what counts for an edit? DM me on discord! (lightningsprout_)

  • If you create 18+ edits of my models, please do NOT upload public content of it on any platforms (Public discord servers, Twitter/X, Rule34, etc.) and keep it private. I do not want to be associated or credited in any 18+ content because I am a minor. I don't endorse the edits but I can't prevent them so please respect this one boundary.

If you're wondering what you CAN do, here's a list

  • You can port it into different softwares/games like SFM, Lethal Company, Garry's Mod, MMD, Vtubing software, etc!

  • You are allowed to create edits for others and upload them to their account(s). You may not share the edited files with them unless both parties have purchased the original model.

  • You can use partial assets made from this model for other personal/public works!

  • You MAY sell edits (retextures, model edits, significant changes, extra outfits, etc.) Sold retextures should include the textures only. Ask me before selling your edits.

  • You may upload Roblox UGC using the model, as long as you credit me and don't convert the robux earnings to real money using DevEx.

  • And obviously, you can edit the model however you want!

Paying for these models helps me continue creating the work you love. Without your support, I would not be able to support myself or my relatives. MANY hours of work goes into every model of mine, so I would greatly appreciate if you followed the above rules. Please be mindful of individual creators.
