Terms of Service.
By purchasing my models, you agree to the following terms.
1. You must credit “BoltTheMan” whenever you publicly use these models. Credit me in the description of the posts, videos, avatars, etc.2. DO NOT leak, share, sell, or redistribute the original model files. Do not upload them to RipperStore, VRModels, public Discord servers, or similar communities. This restriction does not prevent sharing edited model files under Rule 6 or selling edits under Rule 7.3. For VRChat use, you may not make the avatar public without significantly editing it. The finished avatar must be visibly or functionally different from the original; examples include retextures, new outfits, additional toggles, face tracking, or other new features. Contact me if you are unsure whether your edit qualifies.Models labeled “P2U” (Pay to Use) must never be made public, even when edited. P2U models will be clearly labeled on the product page or in the included files.4. Do not publicly post 18+ content featuring my models, as I am still a minor and do not want to be credited or associated with adult content. Private use and private sharing between adults are allowed, but the content must not be publicly accessible.5. You may use the model for animations, editing, kitbashing, edit commissions, VTubing/streaming, MMD, game ports, Roblox UGC, and similar projects. Monetized content and commercial projects are allowed, but you may not sell or redistribute the model itself.6. You may create edits for others and upload them directly to their VRChat accounts. You may also share edited model files, but only after verifying that every recipient has purchased the original model. (Sufficient proof is DM screenshots of them buying it from me) This does not allow anyone to share the unedited original files.7. You may sell edits only after receiving my permission. This includes retextures, outfits, accessories, gimmicks, and similar additions. The sold edit must not include any files or assets from the original model, and it must not cost more than the original model.
